Austin McGonigle, President of Success Cycle, Inc. is widely known as "America's Thought Provoker". Austin is considered a master in getting people thinking and taking action to reach for their potential. A sought after trainer /speaker to corporations, associations and universities, Austin believes that an individual's success in dealing with people is rooted in their "interaction skills", their ability to ASK, LISTEN, RELATE and CARE.

Austin has helped thousands of individuals in hundreds of companies understand that their purpose is to serve and help others make decisions that are good for them. Austin believes that interaction skills can and must be developed.

Before founding Success Cycle in 1982, Austin was vice president of a national training company. Prior to that, he developed a sales training program for a Fortune 500 company. He has just published his first book, Austin's Money Making Tips. All of his programs are fun, interactive and filled with practical skills.

In 1991, Austin was awarded the prestigious title, Certified Speaking Professional, by the National Speakers Association (NSA), an honor achieved by less than 300 speakers in the world. In addition to the NSA, he is a member of the American Society for Training Development, International Customer Service Association, and Pi Sigma Epsilon, the sales and marketing fraternity.
